This feel good site was built as pro bono effort to help an organization doing good work to bring parents and children closer. Basic requirements are to post class schedules, maintain enrollment information, manage mailing lists, provide email reminders, some level of personalization for clients, and allow user to update content on the website. If any of you out there have young kids and looking for fun way to relate to them, you might want to check out Music Together.
The site is still under development, however you are welcome to check out this work in progress. The site is built on the Microsoft .Net 2.0 platform using C# and VB. The site is entirely data driven with pages being dynamically served from a database. The site is templated so it can be easily replicated for other Music Together franchises. Some features of the site make use of the recently release AJAX toolkit to provide a more performant and elegant user experience. Feel free to check back as this site takes shape.
